The xbox x series has been living up to its reputation as a top tier console system. I haven't tried playing with a external storage unit as so far it says anything geared toward playing specifically on thos system has to be installed on internal drive. Have to wait to get a newer external hard drive and see if it's workable for the newer games. I had ordered one from another seller and immediately returned it without much doing then unboxing. That seller sent the xbox box loose in another box that was old and the tape must of been old also as it was splitting easily. THIS seller sent the xbox in the xbox box in another box that fitted it snugly. I felt very confident with how this was shipped. This lends confidence that the seller handles their products respectfully if not professionally. The only thing I'd change would be the shipping company, USPS tracking is unfortunately subpar. Great machine, great graphics. I love the xbox s series, but wanted to upgrade to access more games. It was so quick to transfer all of the info from one console to the other... however it takes a day+ to actually download everything. It's just a little patience. Very worth it. I paid an extra $80 to get it shipped from a company that was able to provide it in a few days, Amazon was not able to fulfill that, but I thank them for providing me the contact. I got the Xbox Series X Diablo IV bundle a while back, and I still love it. The console is super fast, everything loads nearly instantly, and the 4k graphics are gorgeous...but be mindful, your mileage will vary depending on your TV. If you don't have TRUE 4k with 120hz refresh, you won't have the same experience. I also love that the bundle had everything together, so setup was super easy. Only complaint is that the controllers aren't made as well as they used to be, and I ended up stick drifting within a year. I did get the extended 3-year warranty, but in order to use it on the controller, I had to send EVERYTHING back, which was just not convenient. Just bought a new one. If you’re a Diablo fan or just want a next-gen console that performs flawlessly, this bundle is definitely worth it. ... show more
