Very heavy and solid, no fear of it tipping at all. It barely gets warm on the outside, so it is fine indoors. Just to be extra safe and protective of my furniture, I put it on a piece of marble, but I really don't think it is necessary. Easy to fill easy to use.

The media could not be loaded. I love this fire pit! I had another brand for a while that would only burn for an hour at best. This one is amazing! It burned for THREE hours with the largest opening cover on! I highly recommend this product!

I love this tabletop fire pit. It comes with everything you need and burns soo long thanks to the flame plates. The overall quality is very good and it feels very safe to use. As an evening activity it is also very fun to roast marshmallows on the patio with some friends. Personally I used rubbing alcohol, which also works very well. I already have 3 friends who also bought this fire pit already, since it’s such a great buy.

I really like my little firepit. I placed it in my dining room. And thanks to another reviewer, I purchased some amber colored fire rocks to spruce it up and match my decor. I didn't buy the recommended fuel. I'm using 91% rubbing alcohol, which is way cheaper. It does take a fee blasts with a lighter to get it started. Then it takes about 15 - 20 minutes to get the flame going. Once it's going, I've had it running for a pinch over 3 hours. Mind you, this is on the lowest setting. We use it every night during dinner, so we don't need a bigger flame. This summer, I may use a bigger flame in my 3 season room. I really like this, it's well built. Not cheap looking at all. Has some weight to it. Anyway, it was a good purchase for the amount I paid.
