It's very pretty, I measured my fire place and underestimated the size. I purchased the 32" but could have went larger. I'm not returning but would encourage others to get accurate measurements before purchasing. The colors are brilliant and realistic and I love the look of the logs.

I submitted to return this heater for a refund. Took a chance and purchased a new unit. So far I am impressed. Currently experiencing an extreme polar vortex so the heater is working harder than normal and it really pushes some hot air! The fire place is one of the best I’ve seen. The blue accent light is a welcome detail for me. The control panel and display are super low quality. Old review; Broke down after only a couple uses I bought it less than a month ago. Only used it twice before and it won’t stay on. I did not have the extra cash to burn on this one. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I LOVED my fireplace…as long as it lasted. :( This was delivered early December, and now two months later, it won’t stay on and I am out of the return window. It continues to shut off on its own and is now a hunk of metal and glass in our living room. Tried all the recommendations from Amazon and from the owner’s manual (which I had to search on the web and print) to no avail. No phone number listed for customer service, so sent a detailed, succinct email with video. They NEVER responded. I am so disappointed and do not recommend that you waste your hard-earned money on this defunct product. ... show more

My only issue was the cheap batteries for the remote. I put them in the remote, walked over to start reading the instructions and when I picked up the remote it was so hot I threw it out the front door. Sure glad I was nearby, very real potential fire hazard. Pulled hot batteries out with a knife, let it cool and put in new alkaline batteries, works like a charm. ... show more
