I reached out to the seller who got back to me quickly who was able to send me the second tracking number for the other package. I bought it because we are planning on having a baby we immediately set it up and we didn’t realize we missed connecting two of the 3 plugs and we still liked it but I just plugged in the other 2 and it’s the best chair I’ve ever owned! It’s so soft and warms up so nice! I love the fact that it automatically puts a small timer the massager is so strong if you don’t take a break after a bit your body feels achy only cus it’s so strong and I’m sensitive! Easy to assemble, only negative thing I have to say about it is that it’s not as large as it looks. Length wise falls short and width as well but over all great chair. Massager is a bit loud but works greats.

The chair is excellent. I did not know it came in 2 packages, as they did not arrive at the same time. However it wasn’t near the issue I thought it was going to be as the second part got here within a day of the first package. The chair is great, it reclines, the massager is well done, and it is a comfortable chair. However any issues you have when ordering the chair the seller will not be contactable during the weekend.. to address any concerns you might have ... show more

Don’t waste your money on this chair. The footrest is impossible to close when getting out of the chair. I have a bad back and it is impossible for me to close. it is still very difficult trying to close it by pushing it with your hands. besides that also you can feel all the metal on this chair not comfortable at all. After several conversations with the seller their only solution was for me to send it back (How if I have a bad back and they don’t offer a pick up???) or they would refund 10% and I keep the chair which still doesn’t work. Amazon customer service was also a joke they have me called 7 times and at the end they couldn’t do anything. Very disappointing will cancel my membership now that I know Amazon is not responsible for the thing they’re selling. ... show more

This chair can be difficult to use. It has a pull handle for raising the foot rest. It looks like it could fail in the future. It is difficult to close the foot rest with your legs. It does take some force to close it. We usually have to stand in front and push it closed with our foot. It does have heat and massage which is a plus. ... show more

I waited a few days before I made a review. Just to make sure it is honest. These delivered all together. They were a little easy to put together, common sense. I love the massage, I love the recline and I love the cup holders. The swivel and rocking work great! We recently became full time RV’ers and the recliners were uncomfortable to us, we took the chance on this order hoping they were comfortable and they are! We love them. The chair came in two days in two big boxes. It was easy to assemble, because the parts were relatively light. I like the pockets for storing remotes, phone, etc. The heat and massage really work well on my old, sore muscles. It rotates to allow me to watch TV or face my wife on the couch to talk, and the rocking feature makes it adjust to my leg length when not reclined.
