Beware! Beware! This is low cost because it is cheaply made. The velcro which is supposed to secure the arm padding does not work, leaving the sides hanging loose. The latches which hold the sides in place do not engage, no matter how hard you pull. The footrest and back incline are one continuous operation, meaning you have to accept whatever position the program dictates. And finally, the ?fFull Return Policy" is a joke. You are required to stuff the chair back into the original shipping carton, which is all but impossible. Then the manufacturer sends a Return Label which requires that YOU, the unsatisfied customer have to pay the full shipping charge--I was quoted $6oo. I have appealed to Amazon. ... show more

Instructions missing items like wires hidden in the leg rest that control the leg massage and expanding the bottom couch pulling levers from the left or the right were a bit difficult especially with one of the side straps that pulled away before it expanded all the way. My mother in law has stage 4 cancer and she is unable to sleep well and also had surgery on her leg. This chair has helped her so much in this whole process. It’s been going on for almost a year and the chair honestly helped her navigate and rest in so many ways. The height helps, it’s so soft and most of all easy to use because of remote and height adjustment for her to get off the chair easily. The quality is so great for the price. Thank you again!
