This lift chair is wonderful for elderly / disabled people. The cheapest chair I could find locally was $800-1000. The cost of this one was much better than we could ever imagine. It works great and is easy to assemble. It’s comfortable enough that my mother falls asleep in it often.

I purchased this chair for my elderly mom. It started out great, until it wasn’t. It started getting stuck with her feet up, we couldn’t get it down. We left 3 messages with the manufacturer since it’s still under their warranty, still no response. My next step is Better Business Bureau. I purchased the 2 year warranty, as well, but they won’t help since it’s still under the manufacturer warranty. I never had this problem with any product from Amazon before or their customer service. ok after initial setup. Instructions missing items like wires hidden in the leg rest that control the leg massage and expanding the bottom couch pulling levers from the left or the right were a bit difficult especially with one of the side straps that pulled away before it expanded all the way. Very grateful it came in two pieces have to finding all the little parts I was I 123 and everything was together fast working well very pleased, father. It was very soft and sitting down. He usually needs a doughnut, but not with this chair. It looks very expensive Tall and he’s small and it fits him pretty well not recommended for plus size. We ordered two of these chairs. Two boxes arrived. It does not say 1 of 2 or 2 of 2. Just says package delivered. We opened the two boxes and they are just the bottom. The box with the sides and back are both missing. This was supposed to be a surprise for my parents. They removed their old chairs and now we just have a piece of a chair which is not functional by itself. Very frustrating!!! Addition to review. Second box arrived 3 days later. No tracking. Just showed up. Assembly was easy. No tools required. Both chairs worked as advertised. Major concern is being able to reach someone if a problem arises in the future. Other than that worry, we are very happy with the product on first day with the complete kit. I’d remark the color pattern they choose for the massager/heat remote makes it difficult to read the buttons. We turned on the heat but did not notice it warming the chair. The massage was good and low sound. The motor for lift and recline was very quiet. Very comfortable in recline. May need lumbar in sitting position. Worked well for lift function. ... show more

    • Love this chair… but made only for smaller people!

I gave this 5 stars because it was perfect for me post surgery. It’s very comfortable and did the job of lifting me to a standing position after a mommy makeover which was a necessity. The only negative which wasn’t a negative for me is that it’s designed for a small person. I am 5’2” 110pounds, perfect for my size but if you are a taller heavier person I would not recommend. ... show more
