I'm really happy with this carb on my 1972 USA spec FJ40. You will need to adapt it for whatever throttle and choke linkage your Land Cruiser has. I was lucky to have previously been running a "Trollhole" carb and was able to use the linkage brackets from that. But even so. Making what you need wouldn't be hard. I've heard before that this is basically a cheap knock-off of a non-USA spec carb for a early 60 series. Adapting to any F or 2F engine with a 2B intake shouldn't be difficult. Works much better than trying to rebuild the old carb. for the money can't beat it. I almost bought a second one just for piece of mind the fuel today sucks who knows how long this carb will last I don't drive my land cruiser to often.

    • Prepare to do a little modification "1978 land cruiser"
Not an exact fit but once I modified the fuel inlet with some adapters and the routes the throttle linkage with a customer bracket it seemed to do a decent job.
