Ugh. These were disappointing. There is enough filling in inserts to make them lumpy, not full and pretty. Instead, there are "gaps" and if you try to redistribute the filling, you just make more gaps or end up with a thin, flat insert.

So the pillows come compressed. They were flat, so I let them sit out for two days and distributed the filling to help it fill out. A picture with it after two days is shown and also what it looks like in my 26 inch pillow duster. It’s super soft and comfy. So, if you’re looking for firm this is not the pillow for you.
