The basket is true to size and good quality, however it came folded up in a small box, and is now completely deformed and doesn't want to stand on its own. This is a soft rope basket, not hard rope/twine. Total shipping fail.

This laundry hamper has excellent quality. The ropes are large and nicely stitched together. My favorite part is the handles which are stitched on very well and unlikely to fall off. My only concern is how flat the laundry hamper is even after trying to reshape it. I'm crossing fingers that with some textiles being placed inside and maybe getting the edges steamed that might allow it to become more circular over time. ... show more

I love these cotton rope baskets! I use them for everything around my house. I got this one to go with the decor in my bedroom and to put my shoes in. Not only is the quality incredible, it is gigantic! It's so big that I thought the only way to show exactly how big it is, was to stand inside of it. I probably have 20 pairs of shoes in it and it's not even full.
