They're perfect for my needs, priced reasonably, and their coating keeps them from being rough on you! They feel like a more dynamic way to stay active compared to dumbbells. This set is perfect for beginners, although I wish I had chosen the one that ranges from 10-15-20 instead of 5-10-15. I've only had these weights for a couple of days but so far so good. They are well made and look very sturdy. The matetial is easy to hold, not too slippery or rough in my hand. I find many exercises easier to do with these weights rather than dumbells as they are easier to hold on to. The reason for four stars is twofold. First I weighed each one of them and the 5 and 10 lb were spot on, but the 15 pounder weighed in at 15.5 lb. Not an issue though, as I would rather have it a little heavier than less. The second thing is that I've only had them for a few days so I can't really speak to how they will hold up over time. I can't really see that being an issue though unless I would drop them a lot.

I just received this 3 piece kettlebell set. At first, I was a bit disappointed by the size as they are slightly larger than a cast iron set I used at physical therapy. However, after using them for a mini workout, I find I like the larger handles much better than the ones at therapy. With the larger handles they are easier to grip and I like the non-slip surface on the handles! The also stand up easier than the smaller ones ( I never could get the 5 lb weight to stand up at therapy). And the entire set cost less than one cast iron kettlebell on line- such a great value. I plan to integrate these kettlebells into my daily "quick lift" time- commercials, cleaning/work breaks, phone calls etc.
