Of the 3 sets (Cap, Amazon, Fitvids) I bought these are the most accurate (within an ounce) and, like the others, have a decent fit and finish. One had some bubbling on the plastic but nothing that would effect performance. Yes they smell like a tire factory but are fine for my garage gym.
