I absolutely love the grip on these things. I thought the metal would be more uncomfortable, but surprisingly I found it comfortable and easy to use. Even after an intense workout, I find that not even sweat pooling in my palms really loosen my grip as it does on other dumbbells. Not only that, but they are pretty durable. I've been using these for years now and have dropped them on hard surfaces more times than I can count, and they have maintained a good shape with no noticeable severe damage. However, they are a bit overpriced, so get them when they are on sale, and I will say it is well worth your money. ... show more
