These are the BEST most affordable tights I have ever put on. So much better than any higher priced equestrian tights I have splurged on. Light weight fleece interior for warmth in New York winter. Higher waisted with wide waist band to hold in “stuff” and are extremely flattering on. If you are looking at these BUY them. You won’t be disappointed. Only wish they had more colors. These riding tights are perfect for cold weather. They aren’t bulky, the full seat is nice and grippy and they seem quite supportive on my tummy. They kept my legs comfortable for a cold morning lesson. They did fit tighter than my summer riding tights, but not enough that I needed to size up.

    • Decent Material - Cut/Fit isnt perfect for my body - VERY long

These are decent enough for the price. The material is okay. I personally prefer a silkier exterior for my riding pants because when at the barn I tend to get dirty/dusty and want to be able to wipe stuff away. Things tend to cling to these and collect visible smudges. They would also definitely absorb moisture if you get snow/ice on them. Warmth-wise I wouldn't want to ride in temps colder than the 30s, and even then I need to make sure I'm moving. So they're definitely warmer than normal riding tights, and have a brushed fleece interior, but you won't stay toasty just standing around. The waistband drawstring is a nice feature, but I prefer belt loops. I did find the waist on these to be pretty big, so I have to pull it pretty tight. I'm 5'4" and 135lbs, fairly slim. Despite the waist being pretty loose, I found these tighter on my butt/legs/thighs. They kind of fall down on me and give me baggy crotch/butt, so I'm constantly re-adjusting and pulling my pants up. So the cut/fit isn't very good for my body shape. The legs are also SUPER long for me, making there bulk under my half chaps and around my ankles. Overall, there are other brands on Amazon in this price range (or cheaper) that have the belt loops I want, are warmer, waterproof, and fit me perfectly in comparison, so I will not repurchase from this brand. ... show more
