I bought the large size for a man who wears 32/34 pants. There is no extra length to the wings to strap them securely. They fit far too snug, the material is uncomfortable against the skin and gathers around the crotch. They fall off very easily and can not be reused even if dry after a bathroom trip. I have no thoughts on the absorbency since he was not able to keep them up long enough to see how much urine they hold. Overall disappointed, not worth the cost. Would not recommend. These are the best adult diapers I have found. They are very absorbent and comfortable to wear. They are priced on special right now so I stocked up on them for my husband who has had a stroke. They don’t leak, they are pretty thick too.

The absorbency is good, but I can't get them to stay on without wearing elastic shorts over the top. There is no stretch in the waist, so if I sit down, then stand up again, they will fall off.
