Additionally, I believe that the capabilities that monitor my blood oxygen and blood pressure include an additional layer of information that provides me with a more holistic perspective of my health. The sleep monitoring tool is another one that I really love since I was able to utilize it to recognize trends in my sleep and make modifications to enhance the quality of my sleep. I find the information it offers on light, deep, and REM sleep to be quite illuminating in terms of gaining a better grasp of how well rested I truly am. For me, the sports modes are another feature of the platform. During my runs, bike rides, and even yoga sessions, I utilized the tracker, and it appeared to adjust nicely to any activity that I was doing. I believe that it is wonderful that it provides a large number of distinct sports modes—more than one hundred, to be exact—because it makes it simple to get statistics that are pertinent to various types of exercises. Apple Watch is too heavy for me. I really don't like that giant cubic screen. This one feels so much better. It's very lightweight and I am not bothered by it in doing anything. It supports a rich set of functionalities. Everything I need for Apple Watch, this watch has it. The sensors and monitoring programs are pretty smart. The measurements are similar to what I used to get from Apple Watch. It provides comprehensive information for my daily activities including sleep time. I am very satisfied with it.

I really like that this pedometer/watch. It shares the date, time, steps, calories burned, heart rate, body temperature, sleep and more. It is attractive, and I don't mind wearing it daily. The band is soft, so it is very comfortable. Challenges I face is that I can't wear it to sleep because it will suddenly illuminate while I'm asleep. I also don't love that I have to have the app on my phone for it to work. The watch is programmed to European measures, so I had to enter my weight and height in European numbers to get the app going. That also means, it tells me my distance in kilometers and body temperature in celsius, so this is annoying and requires constant conversion on my part to American numbers. Other than that, it is great. It even tells me my stress level and reminds me to drink water. I needed it for work, and this is a great way to track my health needs and goals on a daily basis.
