- EASY TO USE: We constructed these hooks with a short front lip for easy racking/unracking of bars. The thick rubber pads reduce noise and prevent the bar from being damaged while racking.
- STRONG AND DURABLE: The triangular support design of the hooks provides added support for weighted bars. The total weight capacity is 800 lb. for two hooks.
- HIGH-QUALITY CONSTRUCTION: This 2/4 gauge steel J-Hooks set has a chrome finish and an easy-insert lock-in design.
- COMPATIBILITY: Our heavy-duty steel J Hooks fit 2-inch x 2-inch steel tubes with 1-inch hole power cage fittings.

Just Perfect
These are just what I needed for my Fitness Reality power cage/squat rack. They fit well, are easy to move up and down the cage and easily hold a couple hundred pounds for extended periods. I also got them for about $24/pair around the time of this review. For those reviewers that said these are too short and don't stick out far enough, that is exactly why I got them. Other hooks stick out too far and make it hard to clear when bench pressing once the bar is off the hooks.

Love it 😎
If you like simple but good, I recommend this thing. It fits on my rack without making a noise when I place or lift my heavy barbell.

Works as it should but very small cups
Sturdy and fits perfect on my rack. Easy install. My complaint is the cups are very small. Leaves no room for error when reracking. But holds 235+ lbs with no issues.

Does not fit it’s not 3 inches wide
They did NOT FIT. IT SAYS they are 3 inches wide but the brace is too short so it doesn’t fit on cage. Very poorly measured and made causing item not to work
