My ab crunch came before the estimated delivery date. It was super easy to assemble and is also very easy to adjust for quick storage when not in use. The seat is nicely padded, making the exercises where you are seated on it more comfortable. The padding on the arms is very comfortable as well, whether your are using them to support your back, stomach or hands. There are a lot of different exercises that you can do with just the ab crunch, but there are even more that make it an even better workout if you use the bands that are included! I am new to the exercise world, so I was eager to start researching workouts that I could do with my new ab crunch, but was pleasantly surprised to find very helpful resources included! Many variations of workouts that you can do with the ab crunch are not only included in the manual, but easy to follow illustrations are also printed on a large poster for super easy reference. They even include a DVD with a quick 8 minute workout! I am honestly extremely pleased with my ab crunch so far and look forward to many more workouts with it!

I am very please with my purchase Fitlaya Fitness-abs. I primarily bought this machine because I needed a new piece of ab equipment that was easily stored. This fits the bill for both! One issue I always have had when doing an ab workout is the strain I put on my back, but not with this the bars keep my back in better alignment as to not strain or end up lifting with my back. I also really like the triceps exercises you can really feel the burn there and triceps are very hard to localize. It fits right under the bed too which is perfect for storage. The only downfall, and this is minor, is the padding on the bars isn't the greatest when doing an ab work out so you can feel them dig in a bit but it is very minor. All in all great product would definitely recommend.

I really did like this exercise machine but it was a little overwhelming for me. I know its my age and getting on the floor is not what it use to be , but if you are young and flexible ( like I use to be ) buy this it is great.

I used the ab-exerciser three times. It worked great and I really enjoyed using it. When I increased the resistance to 5, there was a loud pop and one side of the exerciser lost all resistance. I returned the exerciser for a full refund. I thought about ordering another one but decided against it fearing that this may be a product defective and the next one might do the same thing. Otherwise it was great while it worked.

I like it because you can combine different types of exercises to target different muscles in your body. I’ve been using it for 2 months every day in the morning for an hour and changed the way I was eating and trust me the results are incredible. I used to weigh 268 lbs now I am now 200 lbs even and I feel amazing. it was hard for me at the beginning because I’ve never been active in exercise but once you get used to it you’ll love this little personal trainer. Give it a try you won’t regret it. Consistency creates motivation you can do it.💪🏻
