I’ve only used this a handful of times since purchasing. Originally I did not like this because of the lack of security it has when putting it on the barbell. It spins and isn’t stable… today while doing hip thrusts I went to take it off the bar and it ripped completely near the velcro… this is only after using maybe 4-5 times. UPDATE: After sharing my concerns, the agency reached out to me and provided me a complete refund while also sending me a new pad in the mail-- no charge. Their customer service workers are great. I have used this about three times since receiving the new one and I haven't had any issues with the quality so far.
