The Fitforge belt squat attachment is a good alternative to a full-sized belt squat machine. I’ve been using it on my 2x2 rack for several months now even though it’s designed for a 3x3 rack. It fits a little loose but once you stack on some plates, you don’t really notice it. I like that you can use both standard and/or custom Olympic plates. What in the actual ****? How did this make it through quality control. The bracket was welded on the wrong way so the pin can't go through it. Now I get to package it up and send it back. I'll be looking for a different brand. Thanks.

I have 3 herniated disks (from a car accident a few decades ago) and I'm always super caution about putting weight on my back/shoulders and doing squats. Which means I have to find other ways to destroy my legs and this attachment bar really does the trick. Being able to do front squats, with the weight on my hips, is a game changer. Now I can get back to pushing some decent weight. The build quality is very strong. Robust. The length is good. And it's really enjoyable, and super safe, to use.
