These resistance bands are good quality with a variety of resistance levels and work as expected. However, they have a strong off-gas smell when first opened, so I recommend airing them out on a porch or in a well-ventilated area before use.

I'm in physical therapy where they use bands like these all the times in the exercises they make you do. These five bands have a good range of easy (low resistence) to hard (high resistence). They have stood up to a lot of use without breaking.

I don't know if there is any variation in quality among different sellers for this product. These are okay. Strong and extra strong are impossible (for me)to use but I am currently using light and medium. Holding up well after 7 days of use. Wish they didnt roll up into a pinch when around my knees, which is where I most often use the light one. Maybe the more rigid bands don't roll as much? Will wait to see that as I get stronger and can move up to the heavier bands. ... show more
