I bought this two days ago after realizing my regular gym routine had gone out the window once colder weather hit. I figured I’d give this “weighted hoop” trend a try, especially since it looked easy to use while watching TV. Honestly? I was skeptical at first — I haven’t used a hula hoop since middle school PE class. But this thing is a game changer. The detachable pieces made it super easy to size it for my waist (I’m around 41 inches), and it clicks together firmly — no slipping apart mid-spin! The first night I used it, I set a timer for 10 minutes and ended up going for nearly 20 without realizing it. The quiet design is a huge plus since I live in an apartment and usually exercise at night. What surprised me most was how much fun it actually is. I turn on a podcast or Netflix, pop the hoop on, and just move — no setup, no noise, no equipment clutter. I will post the results after a month with results but now i see that my core feels tighten up. So the hoop itself does the job. It's a great value for the cost. My main problem is the box it comes in is very particular about how you put it back in when not in use. Assembly is fine but de-assembly is not. The box should be bigger to mitigate this problem. I've taken to just having it assembled already and I just open it to put the weight in then use it because of how hard it is to put back in the box.

Don’t waste your money. First 2 times I used it I thought was great. By the third ptime, it’s basically unusable. It will not roll smoothly at all. It glitches so it just makes it stop. I’ve tried putting oil on it which did nothing.

You’re working out but almost do not even know it. It took me some utube tutorials and patience to get the hang of this fun device. It finally “clicked”…you need to keep the track tight around your waist and the weighted ball medium length to get this to GOOOO.!!!!! Then I was good for 10 minutes or more. Also recommend doing it both directions for balancing your body work out. Afterwards, I feel really great and my head feels uplifted. Now enjoy doing this while watching utube videos or movies. There is very minimal noise. The device is pretty easy to put together. Though I sometimes have difficulty due to my lack of finger strength. You have to squeeze the pin into the hole of the top to connect parts. I look forward to some weight loss. I recommend it!!!!!!! Finished using device now for a week. Notice that I feel more invigorated and happy. The “fit hoop weighted pilates circle device is tight on my abs/waist and I have little problem getting it to move in either directions. I can easily do it now for 30 min. I have changed my mind about the noise the gadget makes. It produces a whinying noise…not super loud …like a load hum…but still noticeable if you are not watching tv or something to distract you. I use a big vise grip plyers to assist me with getting the device off. I put a fabric on the piece to keep from scratching it. My iPhone “health app” is able to count steps with my side to side movement. I have surpassed my goals everyday last week. This makes me hopeful that continuing working out will a help me with getting my weight to decrease.

Not the color I ordered, the box was completely destroyed with the product soaking wet. I'm also pretty sure it's been used before. The weight itself has clear skuf marks and some of the links do as well. I've used it once. The weight keeps catching and stopping itself. I'll definitely keep trying though. I must add that it's much quieter than others I've heard so that's a plus. It clips together easily and easy to adjust. Considering I didn't pay much for it, I think it's a decent product so far.

Works. Watch some videos. Right on top of hip bone, as tight as you can get. Takes practice. I have my legs further apart than my shoulders, knees a little bent till I feel it going. They say to go both ways. Harder going clockwise (to your right) because my right leg is very weekly fun to get going, I like the little sound it makes. It's rythmic and I like that. Had 2 days, used 5x 15sh minutes each time. Fun easy doesn't need alot of space. Weight not that far out. Try it. If anything, you'll laugh. Edit** Now the pieces -links- come apart just trying to put on. Otherwise this is one fun was to exercise edit, wore the wheels out. Having to buy a new one. Yes was using. Yes was using for a month non stop. Need to lose weight
