I've only had this product a week, so I can't say if it actually works long term. But they're very easy to use and it makes me feel like I'm doing something about my bunions and not just living with them. Other bunion splits I've used before were made of hard plastic and were rigid and uncomfortable. These bunion correctors are made of a soft, breathable material and are pretty comfy, all things considered. I walked to the bathroom with these on in the middle of the night. Awkward, but doable. I also like that these have a strap that goes around the bottom of the foot. It really helps to make the corrector feel more secure. For me personally, I'm not able to wear these the whole night. I will wake up from a dead sleep after around 2-3 hours, and will need to take these off. Maybe you need to build up a tolerance? I have bunions on both feet. When I take the splint off my right foot, my bunion is red and a little painful. My left foot generally feels fine. This is a problem that's unique to me and not an issue with this product. At least, I haven't seen anyone else make a similar complaint. These bunion splints are absolutely worth buying. Also, I received these the day after ordering them. Hard to beat that.

I ordered two of these for each foot I developed a bunion a few years ago and it has recently gotten larger and more painful. Although I would love to have surgery to correct this I thought I would go this method first. They are easy to put on and comfortable to wear. I wear mine to bed. When I first started using them I noticed that my foot would get sore and I would have to take them off for a little while but as you get used to them it doesn't bother me as much. I do recommend these I've been using them now several months I haven't really seen a change but I've been told it does take time so I will continue to wear them and hope that it corrects the bunion on my right foot

Works, when used regularly. I wear nightly whole watching TV and notice improvement. However, when you skip several days, back to slight bunion formation. I wouldn't be able to wear with shoes.
