Strong and easy to use great product that provides much needed back support. It's made of stronger materials, it's much more comfortable than my weightlifting belt and can be worn all day, this is a brace that is comfortable for long periods of time and can be easily adjusted for a perfect fit.

I was really impressed by the support this brace provided, and I think it’s due to the plate the is in the back of the brace that aligns with your spine. The brace is very adjustable and conforms to your body provide you a tight and exact fit providing the most support possible.

This brace does work, little or no pain when I'm bending or lifting or whatever I'm doing that hurts my lower back. It does make me sweat though. After having it on for about 10 minutes I am sweating, so I only wear it when absolutely necessary. I didn't take a star off for it being too hot because I think any brace I wear would make me sweat, they're all made from basically the same materials but this one has lots of ventilation holes so any other one isn't going to be much better. I just get hot really easy so it's probably just me. Other than that, it is comfortable to wear.
