I’ve been hitting both irons and drivers into it, and it’s holding up great so far. The practice mat is a nice bonus — thick enough to protect the surface underneath and realistic enough to simulate fairway conditions. If I had to point out one minor issue, it’s that the frame could use a bit more weight to stay completely stable in windy conditions outdoors. Why did you pick this product vs others?: It was easy to setup and was adequate for hitting foam golf balls. It did not last 2 months before the poles broke. It seems it only takes a windy day to do this net in. Maybe if you are willing to assemble and disassemble it after every use it would have some longevity, but who wants to do that if you plan on using it several times a week. I left it up and some strong winds (30mph) blew in overnight and snapped both sets of the shock-corded poles. If you want a "set it and forget it" golf net, this is not the one.

This is a really good golf net. It’s is thin and delicate, but it is large and great for practicing your swing and aiming at targets.

This net is great. It was easy to put up and is durable. I wanted to wait on a review to make sure it wouldn't deteriorate over time and I can report that it looks the same as the day we put it up several months ago. This is superior to the last net I had that started to get holes in it. The mat that came with it is good. I use it in conjunction with a full size mat that I stand on and then use the small hitting mat to simulate different turf conditions. I am glad I made this purchase for my backyard driving range!

This is pretty easy to assemble. A little awkward by yourself (the poles are long and flimsy) but if you can put up a tent, you can do this. The little turf pad is not good. It moves every time you touch it. It’s just foam. Maybe screw it to a piece of plywood or something…idk. I bought a bigger mat separately. Today was my first time using a club bigger than a 58*…my second time ever.. I was using my 9 iron and put holes in it. Hmmm. The guys in the pic are using drivers…. To be honest, I was using real golf balls. Not the foam balls that come with it. So, that’s probably my fault I guess. Just know that real balls will bust through. All that being said, I can’t really complain for $60. At least I’m swinging in my backyard and not driving somewhere. I’ll figure something out with the holes.

great idea. but poles snap putting it up. found replacement poles. they snapped also. not worth the trouble. Just drive to your local driving range

Straight out of the box , there was a damage to this , and it did not hold the seam was not sewn properly. I give them a status of four because the premise of this is good and the return slash credit was handled very quickly.
