I needed a taller seat. I am 75 with bad knees. I misread the height and thought that I was getting a 20 inch plus high seat. Instead, I got the same 16 inch seat. I also destroyed the carton getting the toilet out, so now I have no way to ship it back. Both errors were my fault. We remodeled our bathroom and wanted a more modern looking toilet that was skirted (for easier cleaning). The toilets at Home Depot and Lowes were a lot more expensive for this style, so we held off until we found a better deal. After weeks of going through different reviews and comparing prices, I finally decided to take a chance and purchase this toilet from Amazon. It arrived in a timely manner, undamaged, and with no extra fees for delivery which is a plus (because who wants to go to the store to pick up a toilet). To my surprise the toilet was exactly what I wanted and fit my bathroom so well. HOWEVER, after my contractor installed the toilet he realized the hinges that connect the toilet seat to the toilet, were NOT included. I tried to reach out and unfortunately there were no options for requesting a missing part, it was either request a refund or replacement (this would’ve been such a hassle because it was already installed and I was not going to send it back). The toilet looks beautiful but we can’t use it without a toilet seat, so I had to order the hinges (hopefully they fit), and wait for them to arrive (which is very inconvenient as they should’ve been included). Overall, if I had ALL of the parts this would’ve been 5/5 stars. Hopefully anyone else who orders doesn’t have this issue and if they do, there should be some option to request missing parts. ... show more

I like the look of it. The only thing I do not loke is the toilet seat bolt you can not reach it once installed. I have a bidet which is periodically needed to to be replaced due to leakage and other problems which means I need to unbolt to replace and with this design I don't know how I am gonna do that. It will be tough job and I wish I don't have to deattach the whole thing luckly I jave small hands which might help. Let's see how it goes. Other than that, I like it. ... show more

Nice toilet overall. Couple things, your water supply line should not be in the 5-6" distance from center otherwise the toilet cannot be mounted without the water line hitting the edge of the skirted toilet. I had to cut my wall open and move the line 3 1/2" from center. Now it's completely hidden behind the toilet out of view. I like it very much but if you have a tight space on the sides it will make it difficult to install it yourself. I strongly recommend the universal better than wax fitting.
