I love the spa experience of showering with this large, beautifully designed shower head. It feels as if I'm showering in the rain. The water pressure is excellent, there were no leaks, and the shower head is easily adjustable to the perfect angle of spray. I appreciate the smaller hand sprayer, which is attached by a long, flexible, light-weight hose. Installation was easy-peasy–illustrated instructions were clear and it took less than 10 minutes to install without tools. I dropped a star in my overall rating (would have given it a 4 1/2) because of two issues I'm still trying to resolve. One: At 5' 4", I have a hard time seeing, accessing and maneuvering the one-hand control button, located above/behind the large shower head. Two: Each time I switch between 1 of the 3 shower modes or turn off the water, there is a delay of up to 30 seconds before the flow changes or the water stops, which I view as wasted water. This did not happen with my original shower head; i.e., water stopped flowing immediately after I turned it off. I hope to resolve these issues because the shower experience is wonderful! ... show more
