I ordered this product to help me stop my hunching habits and I was pleasantly surprised at how great it works! The product is easy to use and the instructions are well written. I wasn’t sure how long I would be able to wear it before it started bothering me but found it fairly comfortable and doesn’t interfere with my daily activities so I wear it for a large portion of the day. The only uncomfortable part is where the straps go around your shoulders. If you don’t wear a shirt it can dig in, but the instructions do mention this and I can see why. When I wore it over clothing I had no issues at all. When wearing it, it pulled my shoulders back and reminded me what proper posture is. Not only did it help with posture while I wore it, there is a part that goes around your waist that also helps train your waist at the same time. I was surprised at how much I hunch just sitting down or even walking around. After wearing the product and even now when not wearing it, I am conscious of my posture. Overall it is a great product. It is comfortable, easy to use, has great instructions, and really does work to correct your posture and remind your body of what correct posture is. Would definitely recommend.
