Features

  • Fast Heating & Drying Evenly - The SUNLU S4 filament dryer is equipped with a PTC heating element and a triple-fan configuration. The interior heat is efficiently circulated with three fans, making the heating process more even. Additionally, the S4 filament dry box achieves rapid heating up to 70 C in record time. The robust 350W PTC heater is 6.9 times more powerful than the SUNLU S2, ensuring an accelerated and efficient filament drying experience.
  • Four-Spool Filament Dryer Box - SUNLU S4 is the first filament dryer box capable of accommodating four 1kg spools simultaneously. It is equipped with eight filament holes and PTFE tubes, meeting the demands for drying multiple filaments and enabling concurrent printing with multiple printers.
  • Auto Humidity Control - The SUNLU FilaDryer S4 incorporates a high-precision humidity sensor, displaying real-time interior humidity. Even when the filament dryer is in standby, it will automatically activate when the interior humidity reaches or exceeds 50%, preventing secondary moisture exposure. Thus, it can also serve as your filament storage box.
  • Easy to Use - The adjustable temperature range is 35C to 70C, with a setting time from 0 to 99 hours. This 3D printer filament dryer features a large touch screen, providing a tablet-like operation experience. It also comes with pre-configured temperature and drying time settings for commonly used filaments such as PLA, ABS, PETG, as well as PA and PC. This reduces setup complexities and enhances your user experience.
  • Universal Compatibility - The SUNLU S4 filament dehydrator is compatible with PLA, PLA+, PETG, TPU, ABS, PA, PC, Nylon, and other high-end 3D filaments. It works perfectly with all standard filament diameters: 1.75mm, 2.85mm, 3.00mm.

  • ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic Dryer — Works Like a Champ
Color: Black
This SUNLU S4 filament dryer absolutely works like a champ. It heats up quickly, maintains a stable temperature, and the automatic humidity control is a great feature that I didn’t realize I needed until I had it. I love that it can handle four spools at once—super convenient for anyone who prints often or rotates between materials. The upgraded fans circulate air evenly, and I’ve already noticed a big improvement in print quality with moisture-sensitive filaments like PETG and TPU. The whole unit feels well-built and easy to operate. If you want a reliable, efficient filament dryer that just works, this is a great pick. ... show more

  • Great 4 Spool Dryer
Color: Black
Solid drier. I print a lot of filament and a single spool dryer just wasn't going to cut it for my needs. This 4 spool dryer works well and does exactly what i need. I really like that it has outlets for using as a dry and print box. I print directly from this dryer on my bed slingers and the quality had really improved printing from a dry roll. Keeping your filament dry is keep to reducing stringing and having it stay within the box helps reduce tangles. The dryer has a solid amount of preset choices for temperatures for a variety of filaments, but you can fine tune it for any specialty filament. My only wish would be that it was split and could dry 2 types of filament at the same time. However I just throw them in as a little extra temperature doesn't appear to affect my PLA when drying with PETG. ... show more

  • Great filament dryer.
Color: Black
I have used this dryer with one roll, 2, 3 and 4 rolls at a time. Performs as expected each time. I have dried pla, petg, and abs. Make sure your spool is also rated for the drying temperature of the filament.

  • Worth the money
Color: Black
Filament was constantly breaking in my A1 until I got this dryer. Love the continous dehumidifier setting.

  • Works great!
Color: Black
I looked at the AMS dryer but I wanted to be able to dry my filament for the next project and be able to print at the same time. The desiccant does just fine to maintain the AMS and the dry boxes after this thing does its job.

  • Doesn't work as intended.
Color: Black
Have had this dryer for a little while now and it was supposed to take the place of drying my filament in my custom built reflow oven, but it doesn't keep the filament dry after the initial cycle as described. The dryer can run for the specified amount of time or longer and I have found that i get better prints running the old way. This dryer is not designed for it's intended purpose unless you live in maybe a low humidity area. dry boxes with desiccants do better. Even the indicating desiccants in the bottom of the dryer never seem to get dry even at a 15hour cycle at 75C so there is a lot to be desired with this machine. ... show more

  • A little pricey but works well could have been better with a few small things.
Color: Black
For the price I was expecting a little more. Don't get me wrong its ok but there are some things I think they missed the mark on. First is Mine has a weird Rainbow looking distortion on the front plastic semi clear cover. Almost like stress color marks or discoloration from heat> Hard to see in the pictures but I circled it in red. It's pretty annoying to look at this and see weird rainbow swirls in the front panel. This must indeed be a factory defect as I have not heard anyone else mention this. Here is a list to make it easier. PROS: Heats up quickly and fans are powerful. Large 4 spools capacity is nice. At the end of the cycle it can go into a maintenance mode that will turn unit back on if humidity gets above a set threshold. The feel to it seems good quality. The top latches feel nice and are good quality. Mutiple filament output holes on top and sides CONS: The front see thru plastic is so dark you really can't see any of the spools inside when top is closed. ( why Make it clear if it's not clear? Fans are loud and they blow right into the spool so that one spot on the spools gets most of the heats and blocks airflow. There are no seals around the lid to keep airtight for storage. The front semi clear panel is also not sealed so this thing does not keep moisture out as it has so many spots for outside humidity to creep in. Doesn't dry my filament as fast as some of my other smaller cheaper dryers despite its high price tag and good looks. You need to rotate the spools once in a while or they will get hot spots from the fan blowing right onto the spool. It's not a bad unit I just think for the price it could have been better with a few simple things. But I am really not happy about the discoloration Rainbow on the clear panel. UPDATE: the reached out and helped with the discoloration issue on the front clear cover so very good great customer service. ... show more

  • Excellent filament dryer
Color: Black
I love this dryer. I have 4 spools in it at all times. I love that you can set it to automatically go on when humidity rises. Great to keep the filament dry at all times. When you first turn this on, it's going to run for several hours. Sort of initial drying. But you can change that down to just one hour. However, I suggest you run the full initial drying when you insert a new spool. I do the initial drying and then I place them in a vacuum bag with desiccant. After that I just put the color I want at the moment in the dryer and print. It will keep the spool dry while you print. I spool the filament to the printer from the dryer. keep in mind that using the top exit holes can be problematic whe opening the chamber. More so when you close the lid. I wish the filament exit was all on the same side of the machine though. Maybe I can figure a way to do this. To sum it all up, I'm very happy with my purchase and you will too. ... show more
