I bought this as a backup for another one of my luggage bags and had to use it at the beginning of this month. Already one of the bolts from the stabilizing bar or whatever it's called on the bottom broke off so the bag doesn't stand upright without assistance. Some of the zippers are also very sticky and the fabric is only so-so in terms of quality. Thank god the handle kept working, I was most worried about the handle breaking before the show after that bolt popped off. We got the stuff where it needed to go and the rest came back to the studio without losing anything so it will definitely keep your items secure. I would say that the most impressive thing about this bag is the amount of stuff you can fit in it. Between how big the body opens and the massive pockets, you can carry quite a bit. The look of it is deceiving upon opening, it will expand to fix....well, i bet i could fit myself in there if I tried. I won't, but i could. ... show more

I brought this as a gift for my husband for a trip with our sons. So he did not open the zippers for a month. On the 30th day we started packing and the zipper broke. Was going to return it, but it was on the 30 th day. So Amazon and the company of this back would not let me return it . So $180.00 and 9 hours of my work time went done the drain. This sucks! I bought two of these (blue and black) for a 20+ hour Amtrak overnight trip. They worked out better than we expected! We fit my and my husband's clothes in them, plus both kids with room to spare! We checked them easily without issue. The telescoping handle and wheels made them perfect.

However, my son took this bag on its first trip (brand new) only to find that the handle would not extend and he could not reasonably roll the bag and had to carry it. Disappointing. To start, it was shippes really fast. Its a perfect size for carry on n any other light travel. Has pleanty of pockets on the outside on both sides of the bag. Inside is one big open compartment. Only thing is when u dont have it fully packed the clothes or what ever is in it falls down to the bottom and gets messed up when u are pulling it with the extension handle but when carrying it normally its fine..
