After several days with the Figure 8 Fitness Resistance Band with Handles, I’m pleased with how practical it is. It’s stretchy and ideal for light workouts—arm and back warm-ups, rows, and face pulls. The tension feels balanced: enough to engage muscles but not too hard to stretch, so sets are easy on the joints. The handles are comfortable, and the figure-8 shape helps with alignment, making it a quick grab for short sessions. The texture is a little sticky, and there are shiny spots on the band; I think that’s just in the rubber, not a defect. There was a bit of a chemical smell at first, but it’s fading with time and doesn’t appear harmful. I aired it out and wipe it down occasionally, which helps. Build quality seems solid for the price, and the elasticity recovers well after repeated pulls. For heavy resistance this won’t suffice, but for mobility and light toning it fits the bill. My favorite use is during conference calls when I’m not on camera: I keep it by my desk and do a few quick arm stretches to break up sitting. The moderate tension makes it easy to stay consistent without feeling taxed, and it’s compact enough to travel. Overall, it’s a good, inexpensive tool to add to your routine if you want simple, versatile light exercise. I was looking for durable resistance bands to use to maintain range of motion and strength. The listing states this is a set of 3 and I ordered based on that so that I would have one at work, home, and one to keep in my travel supplies. However I received only ONE. So I deducted 2 stars for the misleading description of what you get. The band I received looks exactly like the ones in the listing. It is very thick and I'd say that resistance level is medium to high. I've been using it for a bit now and it seems durable and should hold up to regular use for a reasonable length of time. If it was longer it would be easier to use when grasping behind my back. Aside from needing to gain strength and know proper technique it is easy to use and the handles make it easier to hold onto than plain straps. Not a bad value for just one, but be aware that you get just one band, not a set of three.

This works well! Pros: -Folds/smooshes very small and compact (easy to travel with) -Seems very durable (the band is fairly thick), so I don't worry about it snapping -Very easy to use as hand holes are big and easy to grasp. -Cute design (cat--head on one end, tail on the other) -Neutral color -Good resistance (I don't know the exact level), but it works well. Cons: -It's kind of sticky (like the toys you throw against the wall and let them drop down). I hope this doesn't attract lint over time. -Listing makes it seem like you get three. You don't--you just get one. Overall: -Great value for a cute band that works well and is easy to travel with. And the price outweighs any negatives.

I got this Resistance band to help stretch my back. I spend a lot of time on the computer so my upper back is always tight. I've been using this band for a couple weeks now and it has helped me stretch really well. When I first received it, I loved the adorable cat design on the handles. The pink color is also really pretty. The stretch is decent, but I've noticed it is starting to loosen a bit after using it for awhile. My kids and husband also love playing with it and we enjoy taking turns stretching before the kids go to bed. Overall, though it is losing its resistance, this it great for light stretches (especially when sitting at your desk), kids love it and its design, and it does it's job well!

Good quality resistance band and very cute, I love the cat design and the light pink color. It’s not super high resistance but enough that my muscles feel it, so perfect to use for a relative beginner to resistance bands like me. It’s lightweight and can be stored easily when not in use. I think it’s worth the price & I recommend this resistance band!

I was a little surprised when I received this resistance band, while the cat design is a cute idea, the surface feels a little "tacky" and sticky. It is the type of material that can easily pick up lint which tends to stick to the surface. As far as construction this band is fairly weak elastic and really does not provide very much resistance for exercise. I found when I was using the band it provided virtually no real form of resistance to my muscles. Because of this it seems to provide little benefit for a serious work out. It may, possibly, be suitable for someone in recovery from surgery that needs minimal exercise. With so many options available this seems to be very pricey for the quality of this item.
