I see that there is many ways to use this resistance band. I ordered it in the pink ,as my wife likes pink. I got it for her as she has a shoulder injury & this band is lightweight but stretchy enough for her to use as an exercise tool. She has been using it for her shoulders & back, but said she can also use it sitting down with her legs. The handles are big enough for her feet to fit through & she can pull up on it. There are grippy, little nubs on the handles, which keep it from slipping out of her hands oo off of her feet. She said that it feels very stretchy but not to the point of feeling it will break & slap her in the face. This is a very inexpensive exercise tool that she can have at home to help with her recovery. It is small enough & light enough that she can take it with her on a trip as well. There are no instructions included with it, but if you have an exercise regimen from your doctor or trainer, that's good. If not, there are plenty of videos you can watch to see how to use this at home.

So it's a basic fitness resistance band, has good elasticity and the handles are comfortable so I would rate it highly on those features which are very important. It is durable and fits my hands well, and functions very well as a resistance band. The pink color is vibrant and this resistance band looks good next to my other exercise equipment, giving me a very attractive and enjoyable workout space. I would highly recommend this exercise band if you are looking for a basic workout. Adds fun to your exercise at any age.

I was surprised with the feel of this resistance band. It almost feels like a hard squishy toy. The resistance band is made of thermoplastic and it does have a good strong tensile strength, resistance and very effective. The convex nubby handles do not slip out of my hands and are easy to use. This band did not come with a guide or suggested exercises for use so I just watched a you tube video online to do exercises. It can be used for strength training, daily exercises or rehab. I liked that the convex handle fits over my foot to do exercises with my legs. The resistance band is very compact and lightweight as It’s about 4.3 “ at the convex handle and about 19” long. Overall it is doable, but the thermoplastic in pink picks up dirt the feel of the resistance band is different. After one use the convex handles that were on my feet are a bit dirty cause of the light pink color. Overtime and use I wonder if it will keep its form as I’ve only used it for the day and unsure if the thermoplastic will hold its shape.

This is an exercise band with handles. The band is made of Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE), which is a rubber plastic that feels like silicone. The stretchy part is 1/8” thick and 11” unstretched; it will stretch out to the full distance between your arms, or at least 48”. The handles are a full ½” thick and over 2.5” in diameter. The band was made in China. I like the durable build of this band. I think it will last much longer than a standard Theraband. I find the band gives me a more challenging resistance than I get with even black Therabands, and the handles are a lot easier to grip. The silicone material that the band is made of is very easy to hang on to, but it also tends to pick up dust from the gym or loose hairs quite easily, so some maintenance time is required to keep it look pristine. Overall, this band is durable and a provides good challenge for home exercise programs.
