I recommend using it mostly outdoors because of the vibrant colors it is able to capture. The zooming is great too. My daughter needed a camera for her school trip to Washington DC and she wasn't allowed to bring a cell phone or tablet. She is bad about losing stuff so I was going to see if they still had disposable cameras that I could send with her. I found this camera instead and for less than the cost of disposable cameras. I will say that I had to try out different SD cards to find one that worked (too much memory caused problems). I didn't get to provide her with much of a tutorial but she figured out on the fly. I'm sure with a little more instruction we can get better quality pictures and video. It has a lot of features and I think it will be a fun little camera to have on hand. ... show more
