  • Ease of use, consistent accuracy, smooth, near dust-free cuts.
Works as advertised. Accurate, easy to use. Used with a Festool track saw and a good shop vac, ease of use, consistent accuracy, smooth, near dust-free cuts. More time cutting, near zero time cleaning up. It's far superior than any home-made contraption, circular saw and non-existent dust collection. ... show more

  • Straight shooter
Perfectly straight and works great. Pricy as are all things Festool but worth it.

  • Great product!
The pkg was a little banged up when delivered, but the rail was unharmed and works great. I have several sizes of these rails and I love them!

  • Right item at the usual Festool high price, gets the job done
Right item at the usual Festool high price, gets the job done. I used two of these for a long 8 ft miter joint on veneered plywood & no problems with client's dining table in the past six years.

  • These tracks make the Festool system unbeatable.
These tracks make the Festool system unbeatable. I almost got the Makita system but talked to the guys at Woodcraft and they cautioned me that the Makita tracks aren't always straight. What's the purpose of a crooked straight-edge? Spent the money, got it and it's a flimsy piece of aluminum! After I actually used it, I'm a Festool believer. Crazy expensive but if you want to get pro results without being a pro, buy it. ... show more

  • extended shorter track
bought this to extend the FS1400mm track that came with the saw package. Can now rip a full 4x8 sheet

  • straight guide rail, extremely useful
As with most festool items, this gulde rail helps you make clean staring cuts on all kinds of sheet goods and beams. I use all of these rails to make clean cuts and really like the way these track saws make cuts. you can also use these guide rails with their routers, they are very versatile.

  • Better option to connect with a 55" rail to break down sheet goods
Nothing like having a 75" Festool rail when I need to break down a sheet of plywood. Using it alone gives me more room on both the begin and end of the cut across the sheet with the extra 10"over the 55"rail ( the one that comes with the TS55 saw). When I make a cut on the 8 ft length, matching it with the 55" guide rail, again gives a more generous begin and end landing area than matching (2) 55" rails. I have appreciated having the 75" guide rail so much, that I bought one for my other shop. This is the best option I have since I don't have the resources to purchase a FS 2700 (106") or a FS3000 (118") rail. ... show more
