I ordered many back braces all with different features. I am not "too bad" to require surgery but keep having severe lower back pain. I don't wear them long as that can weaken your back, but I wear them when gardening etc. They remind me to be careful. The L/XL is definitely XL from asize ND fit perspective . It seems to be well made, unfortunately it is really too big, and doesn't give much support.

It has no support in the back… none . It it’s goo if your just looking for a belt
