I’m pretty sure this is a kickoff. It has a different smell and color than the same moisturizer I bought from the Keils store. I also feel like my skin doesn’t absorb this one as much as the stuff I bought at the Keils store…. Won’t buy on Amazon again.

I bought this because I had a sample size and really liked it. I would call this more of a gel than a cream. I use it in the morning on my face in lieu of a lotion. It is hydrating and not greasy. My skin is delicate and I have had no irritation. I think it makes my skin softer.

I usually order direct from Kiehls but noticed it’s a bit cheaper on Amazon… I knew right when I opened the bottle that it was also a different color…and the texture was so oily. I contacted Kiehls direct and asked if they changed formulation for this product and they informed me that they did not. They also informed me that 3rd party sellers on Amazon do not have any permission nor does Kiehls stand by the product if ordered thru Amazon. So basically if you order this product via Amazon, you are not getting a true Kiehls problem. Luckily Amazon refunded me… ... show more
