Firstly, this is not the least expensive of these floating beds; look around before purchasing this one. I do, however, really like the recessed feet. I've been using the bed about a week, and they have already saved my toes many times. I find the lights on the bottom of the bed pretty useless. My blankets hang over the sides of the bed, and the lights can hardly be seen when they're on. Although, if I need to find something under the bed, then the lights might help. That assumes, however, that the adhesive will keep the lights affixed to the bottom of the bed-- which it does *not*. At a week, I'm already thinking about removing them because they're beginning to look like a perfect cat toy hanging from the bed. I'm sure my cat will think so soon. ... So, remove the lights, and there is no headboard. With only the unique placement of the feet, this is a rather normal and unimpressive bed frame. I would not pay $100 for it again, or for anything similar to it. I feel like I'm being very kind giving it 3 stars instead of 1 or 2. Buyer beware. ... show more
