You have to assemble and not all the pieces were not marked, making me think it was a return but we figured it out. We bought a new 14” mattress with a five inch box spring and our bed ended up being 31” high. Sturdy and quiet. Happy with the purchase.

    • Love but a bit confusing
Honestly, it took about 2 to 3 hours to put it together. What I dislike about it is that the instructions are a bit confusing and it’s hard to see the numbers for which part goes where. But I love it. The bed sits high and it’s sturdy.

This is for our small guest room. I want a bed with storage drawers, but most really didn't hold much. I decided to go basic, plus this bed is a bit tall from the floor, 8". Best decision. I can put storage boxes underneath. Instructions are good, however I Utubed a video. It said, do headboard 1st. I should have done it that way. In a small tight room. It was hard to attach the wings. So please attach the legs and side wings 1st. The rest was easy. I'm 60yrs with alittle arthritis and I put it together under 2hrs. Becareful not to over tighten frame like I did. On the side board frame I did not tighten completely until all sides were attached. My husband was surprised I did it by myself and that the bed can hold alot of weight. I love this bed. It's sturdy and doesn't make a sound, however, the bed is NOT beige. It's almost yellow and I am very disappointed because it does not match my aesthetic. Other than the color being misleading, it's a great bed.
