The media could not be loaded. I’m surprised how cute and practical this bedframe is ! It was easy to assemble even though it took me 2 hours by myself but at the end it’s not too bad because there is so many different step and we need to be very attentive to not make a mistake but it’s not that hard. This is a quality, well engineered piece of furniture. Easy to follow instructions. Assembly time for mechanically inclined person is approximately 45 min to one hour. Everything is well thought out and it goes together quickly. The included hex ratchet is handy for (4) machine screws that are difficult to reach with a drill driver. The rest of the assembly can be streamlined using a compact drill driver or impact driver. I don’t believe a person can go wrong with this sturdy, well designed product.

One screw would not like up with the hole. Worked on it for over an hour to try to make it work. Called Amazon and they gave me a refund and said I didn't have to return the bed. I loved the design of the bed frame but was worried about if I reordered I would have the same problem. So I ordered from a local shop and they put it together. Donated the frame to Salvation Army and told them about the issue. They were happy to get it and said they would try to make it work. Told them there was absolutely no give on the support bar or the hole in the wood. Could not redrill the hole because there is a metal receiver in the hold. Thank you Amazon for being so uderstanding.

Took longer than 30 minutes to build but went together well. Works perfect for our hybrid memory foam mattress. Outlet snd usb ports on the headboard work and are a great idea!
