I'm almost 70 years old and my bed was to high for me to get in. Also my cats would hide under it to keep from going to the Vet. I'm to old to crawl under it to get them. The Drawers are loose literally there just at the bottom to fill a hole .. it’s not stable if I would of seen a comment about the drawers I honestly wouldn’t have purchased it but the bed is beautiful and the set up wasn’t hard
