If you’re like me you won’t like that you can hear the electricity when you’re using the built in outlet. That’s my only complaint. I use the outlet when I’m not relaxing in bed and have no problems (other than I can’t sleep with something plugged in.) Appearance is great, however I will say that it’s not as tufted as it appears in the photos. Love the outlet access and haven’t had any issues with that. Our biggest complaint is stability and longevity. We’ve owned the frame for less than 6 months and it’s definitely felt less secure (wobbles). We’ve had issues multiple times with one of the footboard end corners loosening and the screws falling out on it’s own. I would say overall for the price it’s a good value but I don’t foresee it lasting for longer than a year, especially in a regularly used bed. May be fine for a guest room. ... show more

The bed arrived a week early, which I have no complaints about, but when I opened the box there were no instructions on how to put the bed together. And all of the screws to put the bed together were missing as well. I had to look to pick on other reviews to find out they did indeed come with the bed just not mine apparently. Had to return the entire bed frame. Then wasted an entire day waiting around for the bed to be picked up. Not worth the time and effort. ... show more
