What once was a previously great experience with a great product turned sour on this purchase. I received a breast form with a manufacturer defect. I sent an email to the address the company provides which claims they will solve the problem within 24 hours and it keeps getting returned. I have emailed this address in years past and they have been very attentive. Now I am receiving a deformed breast and no service. I will be returning this item.

First of all, they are great. I am trans, and through the years of me being on hrt, I never developed much. Stopped for medical reasons, and lost what I did have. I got too big of a size, but I still love them. Gonna order another pair in a smaller size. I wish I had these when I first started transitioning. If you're unsure, just know these are good quality, and are worth getting.

Are original order being in 2019 we ordered 3 different sizes. The pics here are both the same size. As you can see in the 1st and 2nd photo the form on the left, and in the 3rd pic the one in front, was soft and flexible and very realistic and felt like real breasts. The other form in the pics was ordered in the last two weeks and is very firm and solid and does not conform to bras realistically and feel a fake. In fact can not get the new forms to fill a bra properly at all. Not sure what has changed. Don't know if this was just got a bad production run or the new way these forms are made. I will just keep repairing the old forms vs. the firm stiffness of the new forms. Probable going to send the new ones back.
