There’s a bit of drift (total weight changes over time) through a full pour over, to the order of being 1g off after pouring 400g. That said, the scale is sensitive and accurate and the drift is far less than any other electronic scaled I’ve used for pour overs. I really like the brew assist when I’m making a different size cup or want to try out different ratios. The scale looks nice on my counter and is easy to keep clean and looking nice. The knob/buttons are simple and don’t get in the way.

Fellow's Tally Pro scale is a beautifully made scale with a modern and sleek look. The materials are all high quality and the scale is a tactile delight to use with solid feeling buttons and knobs. The OLED display is large, sharp, and bright. The scale adjusts its reading nearly instantly to minute additions / subtractions of grounds / liquids. The readings are accurate. Truth be told I had a very accurate scale before that worked just fine. I only bought the Fellow because I wanted a scale that felt and looked as precise and well made as my Breville Espresso Pro. The Fellow hits all the boxes and is a delight to use. All in all... expensive, but worth it.

It's expensive, no doubt, but it's so worth it, great features, easy to use and super precise. The 3 modes are: time, weight and brew assist, which is the best, you can input your coffee-to-water ratio and it controls your water target, awesome!

I have a couple of scales, but I love hhe ease and function of this premium scale. It's sleek, functional, and has just what I wanted for brewing coffee that requires weight and time factors to be considered. The reaction time is amazingly fast. I would mist definitely buy this again, even though it is rather pricy. Buy once, cry once. This thing is a functional work of art.

The scale is highly responsive, the battery life is incredible and it is not a total eye sore. You could get a cheaper scale, but I don't think you could get a better scale. The brew assist mode is incredible for when you have an odd amount of beans left and just don't want to do the math and being able to adjust the bean to water ratio for brew assist is convenient.
