Just installed a new set of upper and lower Intake manifold gaskets and seem to be working ok. Remember that these gaskets are installed "clean and dry" meaning you do not use "gasket maker" or grease or anything else; juss make sure the surfaces are clean and free of debris.

This is a very good set of gaskets. It DOES include the IMT rings as well (you'll want to replace them when you do this work. It's easy). These DO NOT WORK on S-type 1999-2001. Your car uses a different type of gaskets. This is for 2002 and newer S-type. Also, regarding the IMT rings. These are the black OEM style IMT rings. They are not the "fat green" rings. They are the thinner black OE style. I replaced my stockers with the black ones from this package. Will update in a year and tell you how they hold up. Seem to be great so far. ... show more

If you're changing your spark plugs, you have to have this set handy first. At 100k+ miles, my old had never been changed and visually appeared in good condition. These were about 0.5mm or so thicker, but that makes all the difference. Interestingly, this Fel-Pro package also comes with the two gasket/O-rings for your water pipe if you plan to change your knock-sensor you'll definitely want this as well. ... show more

Perfict fit on my '02 Jaguar S-Type 3.0L V6. This is the gasket set you need when removing the big swoopy intake plenum for access to the spark plugs and coils on the passenger side (US version). Also includes the two big O-rings for the IMT valves.
