Very well worth the money! Follow lnstallation instructions to the letter and you will have no problems. It has 4 settings. The most radical SPORT PLUS is great on the highway or racing. But it is too responsive for city driving. Be sure to use CITY setting for that. Great product.

This thing is awesome! I’ve got a 2009 Challenger RT plus with a blown 5.7 L Hemi & 6-speed, making about 550 horses. It’s a fun car to drive, but the lag in throttle response, especially when blipping a downshift, drives me insane. I longed for the throttle response of my old fox body 5.0 L Mustang, but didn’t think I’d get it. Just saw this the other day, read the reviews and ordered one. The simplest install ever, incredibly intuitive unit, and as far as bang for the buck goes, this was the easiest and best gadget I’ve ever installed! It works, it’s a hoot to drive and as everybody says, the sport plus setting is pretty vicious! Even city mode feels miles better than the stock configuration. This is made me fall in love with my car all over again!!! t’s so much more fun to drive and is a total game changer. I can also tone it down and turn it off around town If I so choose. It’s the best of all worlds. Digital never has the same feel as analog, but the Pedal Commander gives that connected, analog throttle cable feel back!!! ... show more

    • Wow. Great device if you don't want to unlock your PCM
I picked up a 2018 Power Wagon a couple weeks ago, and I was extremely disappointed by the performance. I didn't want to unlock the PCM and possibly void the warranty, so I settled for the Pedal Commander despite seeing mixed reviews on YouTube (some very positive, some negative). I was told this part doesn't void the warranty (use your own judgement on this), so I thought it was worth a try. If it could get rid of the mushy gas pedal feeling, I would be pretty happy. When I received it, it only took a few minutes to connect it. I don't think I have ever experienced such a simple installation of any product. Simply disconnect the small harness at the top of the gas pedal and connect the power command between the harness and the disconnected wire. If you don't trust the warranty claim, you can disconnect and reconnect the Pedal Commander in less than a minute and nobody would be the wiser. For my 2018 Power Wagon, I immediately noticed the difference. It didn't fix all of the lag, but most of the delay between pedal press and the acceleration was gone. For the first time since I bought the truck, I was actually able to spin the tires on pavement. As far as I'm concerned, this is the way the Power Wagon should have shipped. I've had Ram trucks before and they have always been very responsive. I don't know why they shipped the Power Wagon with such a spongy pedal. I am extremely pleased with the purchase and recommend to anybody who doesn't like the squishiness of the throttle on their stock Ram. If I wasn't worried about voiding the warranty, I would have unlocked the PCM instead. For now, this is good enough for me. I am very happy with the results. ... show more

This thing works! I don’t know what I was expecting but all I can say is wow! This may not add any horsepower but it feels like it adds a bunch lol! My 2019 challenger T/A was already fun to drive but the pedal commander woke this car up. It took me longer to open the box than it did to install it. Seriously like a 4 minute install. I got the Bluetooth PC36 and the app works great. The only gripe with the app is it doesn’t show what mode you’re in on the app but I checked on the actual pedal commander and whatever you hit on the app it changes on the actual unit. Be careful with sport mode+ because my car got scary lol. Stop worrying if this thing works because it does. No engine lights, nothing like that. Just remember when your installing to put your key fob inside your house and far away from the car, plug the pedal commander in, then go get your keys and have fun! Thank me later. ... show more

I purchased the Pedal Commander for my Challenger GT and ended up returning it. Installation was very easy, and it works exactly as advertised. It doesn’t add horsepower, but it definitely makes the throttle feel more responsive and “snappier.” If that sharper pedal feel is what you’re looking for, this product does deliver. Just don’t expect any actual performance gains. It won’t increase power, only throttle sensitivity. Personally, I returned it because I realized I didn’t really need it. If I want quicker response, I can just press the gas harder. That said, I’m glad I tried it and saw what it was about. ... show more

Hey look. This is not a performance product. It will not give you horsepower & torque gains like a footprint gas pedal or a Edelbrock sticker. It simply unlocks what you currently have. You push the pedal and it goes. Yes, with this product your pedal actually responds to inputs. No more dead pedal. It is great for everyday driving but for everyday driving but in my case I bought it for my work truck where I am pulling trailers above 8,000 lbs on a regular basis. I no longer have to floor the truck to get power, when I push the gas pedal it responds. Stop thinking about purchasing this product and do it. I purchased it a week ago and have bought two more. One for the owner and one for my employee. Both of them drove my truck after I installed the Pedal Commander and told me to buy them one..... ... show more

    • Unlock the actual potential of your Challenger
I have a 2010 Challenger SRT8. It took maybe 10 minutes to install this thing. No issues, no engine lights, mounts easily. I can honestly say that this is the single best thing I've added to my Challenger. The city mode alone is enough to make this thing worth it. Each of the 4 modes has 4 levels. City on +4 is perfect for me. I wouldn't recommend either of the sport modes for inexperienced drivers. They're VERY fun, but I can easily see someone with less experience entirely losing control of their vehicle on either of the sport modes. The first time I used regular sport mode, I unintentionally burned out because I wasn't at all expected such a huge jump in responsiveness. Fantastic upgrade if you're a semi experienced driver, even better if you race. If you're neither of those things, keep it on the lowest City mode and enjoy. ... show more

I love the response that it gives the car. I have it on sport 4 and it is just wonderful to drive. I wish it had come in a box with everything in it but it came in a bag. Not real happy about that.
