Install was good up to connecting to 2.4ghz wifi. My cable supplied modem only displayed 5g so had to wait a few days for a tech to come and connect to 2.4ghz network. Good picture installed a memory card. Couldn't get motion sensor to stop sending notification every minute. Believe due to cars driving by and my flag waving in the wind. Aside from having to be overly aware of my neighbors coming and goings this thing works very well! The motion detection is a little too good and gets every car that passes by even with the custom box off the street it still picks up shadows and headlights which set it off. It was pretty easy to install and we haven't had any connectivity issues. Overall pretty good for the price! ... show more

Doorbell has a clear picture and pretty good sound for a 2.4. easy to install easy to use app. Finally complaint is it's way overly sensitive. Even on the least sensitive setting, small flying insects will sometimes set it off in the middle of the night.

The picture quality is good. This is a basic camera, but it does the job. The playback is one continues horizontal time bar which is difficult to navigate for the particular clip you need. I wish the playback had individual clips like the Feit floodlight camera. The box contains an angle bracket and an attachment for the mechanical chime. I have two Feit floodlight cameras and one doorbell camera and the Feit app allows you to see all three video feeds on one screen. ... show more

Installation was super easy, excellent instructions. I had to get a new stronger transformer as per Feit’s recommendation in order to make my existing mechanical chime operate with their adapter and $12 more later we are perfectly operating.
