At 75 this was not real easy for me to put together but, doable. When it came, I let all the parts sit in my kitchen for 5 or 6 days worrying about putting it together. The print directions were pretty good and the video on Amazon pretty good. When I had doubts with one, I looked to the other and it worked out well. 5 or 10 years ago, I would have found this easy to put together. Since taking wegovy I lost most of my strength in my legs. I’m so glade to have this, thinking it will help me. Great piece of equipment for a good price.

When they say Amazon CHOICE it really makes the difference! This leg machine is rock solid and properly increases weight thru each leg pump, unlike the old ones that you just push the weights up and down and the same load from start to finish to your quads. Well designed, great assembly instructions and packing. It does not rock or move during use and sits well when used, heavy duty! I will choose the Amazon CHOICE recommendations every time!

I recently built a home gym. I got this because it was cheaper and has solid reviews. It was easy to put together. I put it together myself, took me about 2 hours. For reference I'm a 43 old woman and 5'4. It absolutely works out hamstrings and quads. Ill be honest i wish i had paid a little more and gotten a machine that you could put weights on both sides. It makes it a little harder to control, tho certainly not impossible. I go a little lower on weight than i did in the gym, and im def getting a good workout. Just an fyi this absolutely is not good for hip thrusts. I bought a stand alone hip thrust machine. As long as you are buying it for quads and hamstrings its a solid piece of equipment, especially considering the price point.

Easy to assemble. Just like anything else assembly wise, take your time watching the video and following instructions. Feels sturdy and easy to use. Takes a few minutes to figure out the different adjustments for leg extensions to leg curls, but easy to use once you get it down. I would recommend to anyone looking for leg exercise equipment that is affordable, and does not take up a lot of space.

Could not be more satisfied. Building a full home and this has been a great piece. All of the pieces are a sturdy metal. Instructions are clear and easy to read. A ton of customization for range of motion. I’m 5 foot 7 and it fits perfect. Highly recommend for a full home gym on a budget!

overall great value for money...we'll see how it holds up over time but for this price, you cant really complain. it is solid for its main purposes which are extensions and hammy curls...i dont think hip thrusts are feasible on this but if they work for you, thats a bonus...overall im pleased with it and again, for the price...you cant beat it

The media could not be loaded. The peg that holds the weights is not 2”. Any and all weight clips designed for 2” bars, including the clip included in this package will not hold the weight and it slides off. The weight peg also does not support much weight at all, it is angled downwards with just 90 lbs on it making the weights slide even more.
