A lot of the reviews mentioned other shortcomings. Ironically, I found no problems with any of the things mentioned by others. None of the pieces were marked or damaged. The "bent" weld points were what you'd expect with any new product, and they flattened together along with the partnering pieces as they should. The metal pieces were actually more sturdy than I had hoped for. Time will tell with the seat pads. My issue is with the leg pads. They do not rotate as you use them, so you will rub raw spots on your legs. A lot of things went right for this product, but they missed one very important mark. If you're still looking to save money on this, you could probably use it by wearing long socks or a leg sleeve. This is a solid piece of equipment well worth the money. AND LET ME TELL YOU WHAT. Their customer service team read my review and reached out almost immediately. What little shortcomings that were mentioned were resolved promptly. I've never been taken care of so well by any company before, and I will definitely be buying equipment from them in the future.

When they say Amazon CHOICE it really makes the difference! This leg machine is rock solid and properly increases weight thru each leg pump, unlike the old ones that you just push the weights up and down and the same load from start to finish to your quads. Well designed, great assembly instructions and packing. It does not rock or move during use and sits well when used, heavy duty! I will choose the Amazon CHOICE recommendations every time!

I recently built a home gym. I got this because it was cheaper and has solid reviews. It was easy to put together. I put it together myself, took me about 2 hours. For reference I'm a 43 old woman and 5'4. It absolutely works out hamstrings and quads. Ill be honest i wish i had paid a little more and gotten a machine that you could put weights on both sides. It makes it a little harder to control, tho certainly not impossible. I go a little lower on weight than i did in the gym, and im def getting a good workout. Just an fyi this absolutely is not good for hip thrusts. I bought a stand alone hip thrust machine. As long as you are buying it for quads and hamstrings its a solid piece of equipment, especially considering the price point.

I first would say I was hesitant to buy one of these because I have limited space. This foot print seemed to be best for me. I actually store inside my power rack when not using and move back and forth so it’s very easy to move around. When using throw some weight on the back pin to stabilize which I have plenty of and it’s rock solid. As for performance I can’t say enough. Definitely better than a bench added extension/curl. Plenty of resistance and plenty of range of motion both for curls and extensions. I’m 5’9 for reference. My legs have gained quite a bit of development since starting. I use the low pad as well for Bulgarian split squats. Definitely a solid piece of equipment and at the price point it’s an excellent buy and addition. I would recommend.

Very heavy package. I suggest cast iron flat weight plates rather than plastic coated weights due to size of plate loading bar. 11/2 to 2 hour assembly. Use a metric socket set for ease of assembly. Highly adjustable, can do many exercises other than leg extension and leg curl (i,e. modified chest press and rowing). Small enough footprint for home use. Plate loading bar sticks out of left side (not included in measurements in ad). Very smooth action as compared to pulley weight systems). Pretty attractive design.

At 75 this was not real easy for me to put together but, doable. When it came, I let all the parts sit in my kitchen for 5 or 6 days worrying about putting it together. The print directions were pretty good and the video on Amazon pretty good. When I had doubts with one, I looked to the other and it worked out well. 5 or 10 years ago, I would have found this easy to put together. Since taking wegovy I lost most of my strength in my legs. I’m so glade to have this, thinking it will help me. Great piece of equipment for a good price.
