My 2 year old loves this blanket. However, It’s not as thick as other “minky” sided blankets we have purchased. The seams are ripping on one of the edges. He sleeps with this daily for naps and at bedtime, and has been washed several times. We have had it for a few months. This is cute, but appears very cheaply made. It is very thin, not fluffy. The price for this is way more than it should be. It came shrink wrapped so I had to wash and dry it, hoping it would get a little fluffier. It helped some. It is soft and did wash and dry well, machine wash cold, gentle cycle, tumble dry low. This blanket is two pieces sewn together that don’t always lay together. You get ripples because they’re two pieces. The picture side and the fleece side. It came apart shortly after having it and washing it a few times. Basically both pieces came apart in one of the corners. If you’re looking for those super soft blankets that are everywhere, this is not it. The picture side is a soft material (not the super soft kind) and the other is a fleece that bulked up after washing and looks old now. Wish we bought a different blanket. ... show more
