I purchased these for some heeled rugged doc Maarten boots. I need a little arch support. The boots are a size 8 and I purchased the small women’s up to size 7. This was perfect. If I had purchased the larger size I would have had to trim the shoe insert. The arch support is perfect not to extreme for me. I am satisfied and am test wearing my boots before the winter in the house so that they are well broken in.

I have plantar fasciitis, so I’ve really struggled finding the right insole for my feel. Ive really liked these insoles so far. Right off the bat, I love that they were easy to cut. Just enough height and cushion for my inflamed heal. Seems pretty durable. Performance wise, it’s working great for my work shoes. Breathable so doesn’t seem to hold on to any smells.

These arch supports help me to control my foot pain. I use "Doctor Prescribed Shoe Orthotics" in my boots but can't afford the $350.00 dollar cost to buy orthotics for my other shoes. So I purchase several types of shoe arch support inserts and these are holding up the best. They are real easy to cut to fit the type of shoe you put them in. They are constructed of pretty good material and seem to be holding up very well!!! Even better then the doctor prescribed shoe orthotics, the cover fabric glue seems to be failing on them. Everybody won't have the same experience with them that I do so give them a try and find out.

My knees used to always hurt as I had super thin cartilage (bone on bone) and was on my way to a knee replacement. It still may be in my future, but these Feel Life insoles are like super shock absorbers for my knees. I can now stand or walk 3-4x daily when I use these. Other brands do not offer an efficient cushion without being spongy and too big for my shoes. These insoles helped my knees, lower back, and overall posture, and made me active again. Buy several pairs for all your shoes!
