I wish I purchased this before I spent hundreds of dollars on waist trainers that I cannot return. The fit is so perfect. Love the stretch. You can start the wrap from the bottom of your torso or the top. You can make it as tight or loose as you want and it still does the job. It seems like its too long but it really isnt once you start to wrap. I would recommend this product.

It does hold you in around the middle and lower abdomen. Only down side is it raises the upper back fat up and it bulges over the top of wrap. :o((

Absolutely amazing product. Better than any other trainer/shaper I’ve purchased. Hides very well under clothes and really sucks in my stomach. Just make sure if you’re wearing tight clothing you position the elastic in a way to not show.
