I had originally bought the FeelinGirl Waist Trainer Wrap two years ago, as I was looking for an alternative to the other waist trainers for workout and daily use. I had originally started looking for waist trainers and similar things to help me lose weight or seem slimmer than I was two years ago. That's when I came across the FeelinGirl Waist Trainer! The waist trainer is truly for anyone and any size, having a variety of different lengths to fit everyone, especially in different colors. The FeelinGirl Waist Trainer Wrap is extremely comfortable and lightweight. Which I have found that it provides amazing back support and helps me maintain good posture not only throughout the day but also during my workouts. Compared to other waist trainers because of no added zippers or belts, it is extremely lightweight even sometimes forgetting that I even have it on. In addition to being affordable, the wrap provides great value for your money. After using the FeelinGirl Waist Trainer Wrap for two years I found that when you first order the wrap, it might feel a bit uncomfortable as it is very stiff. Yet after one to two uses of the wrap, it becomes very comfortable and easier to stretch out to get to your desired tightness. In addition after using it every day, it does become very dull and doesn't become as tight and comfortable after 3 months of using. So I recommend if you are getting two, one for everyday usage and one for working out. But now after two years, It has become an essential part of my daily routine and I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a reliable and comfortable waist trainer.

Will be too big for me soon

I had lipo to my abdomen and coccyx region earlier this month. I have always been curvy, even before the lipo. What I disliked about the surgeon’s binder is that it did not compensate for a short torso, nor wide hips or butt. It constantly dug into my buttocks or flipped up at the bottom. It was never tight enough because it was made for square shapes, not hourglass ones. I wasn’t even post OP a week before I looked for something else and found this. I love this wrap. I can start as high or low as I want. It doesn’t ride up. It doesn’t flip over onto itself. It doesn’t dig into my hips or butt because I can control where it goes. It’s given me extremely great results, especially in conjunction with foam inserts to provide extra compression to my flanks. That’s the sweet spot that so many fajas miss. Sculpture of the flank and lower back to whittle your waist in tighter below the breast line. To give that hourglass a pinch. My only complaint is that it is one size fits all. My waist is a 34. I’m already on the second to last Velcro and I’m still swollen. In another few weeks this won’t fit. There should be different sizes to go down as your waist gets smaller.

I'm giving this a 4 star. When I wrapped myself from bottom to the top and wore it to work, I didn't think I was going to make it through the day. It was tight and very uncomfortable, It rolled when I sat in my chair. I kept pulling at it trying to keep it from moving up. I watched more videos and found that wrapping it from the top down, it was bearable to wear. I also added support shorts over it to keep it from rolling a lot. It takes some getting used too however, it does make you look inches smaller.

Does it's job

I very much so like this product. It is long, stretchy, and the loop helps with placement. The wrap is wide so it covers a larger area. It is not easy AT ALL! to put this wrap on and it will takes some practice to wrap it perfectly. Hear comes the however. HOWEVER, even though you will be snatched from the front. If you wrap it too tight, it pushes your fat up and out the top. It does not look very attractive from the back or the side. It does roll a bit after sitting, bending, gym, and just everyday activities. Besides giving a melted ice cream affect, it definitely does it's job. I will keep it.

The people giving bad reviews, I would guess they are new to the waist train game and weren’t sure what they were looking for. I’ve used waist trainers for a decade. This trainer allows you to achieve several goals, that you would usually use multiple trainers to achieve. — FLEXIBILITY: You can wrap it very tight to get a high level of support if you want to aggressively waist train or you can wear it looser, still get an effect but be more comfortable (for example if you wanted to wear it to sleep. Being able to adjust how strong you want the support gives you the range of 2-3 waist trainers all-in-one. — STAYING IN PLACE: It stays in place for me while moving around and sitting. — INGREDIENTS: I like that it’s made of just latex & polyester and does not have neoprene/chloroprene that a lot of trainers have because that ingredient has a cancer warning. — LENGTH: Is perfect. I have a 30 inch waist so I could see if someone with a larger waist thought it wasn’t long enough. I also could see how people with larger waists says the wrap doesn’t work or fit, because the height of the wrap may not be tall enough to compensate. Great, especially for the price. Definitely seems like the person who designed has waist train experience, which is good. Makes me want to look at their other products.

Great support for the back and posture

I bought this waist trainer to assist with my weight loss journey. I have been using it now for a few weeks and it does help you to sweat more, because the ab area tends to get really warm. I wore it to work a few times and got so hot I had to take it off. It also offers a great deal of support, which is based on how you wrap it, and how tight you wrap it. Now I ordered a 2x as that is the size shirt I wear, and the elastic to me is too tight and does not have that much give to it. I mean I know that it is not really meant to stretch all that much, as that is not what it is for. I just feel that the size is just a slight bit off. I can wrap it around like 4 maybe 5 times and that is where it is a lil off where I try to line the velcro up. At any rate I do believe it is a good product, and it gives good support when I am exercising. I would definitely recommend this product, but maybe to just go to a size larger for even wrapping.

Use for extra heat and support

Things I wish I knew before I purchased, therefore here is what is in the package! -There is nothing thermogenic about this wrap (depending on intended use, this can be good or bad). -It stretches very well and holds shape while wearing or exercising! Here's how I am using this wrap. I kept my other waist trainers that have the thermogenic effect (rubber on the inside) and I put that on first. Then I use this bandage/wrap and wrap it (over the other waist trainer) around my core area for that extra secure fit and extra heat build. I do not use for contour or shaping under clothes, frankly if you wrap it tight, sitting sucks. Overall, I am happy with this wrap because it complements the other waist trainers, I didn't have to buy another waist trainer, I just added the wrap. This wrap helps keep stuff in place so you can target that lower belly area where the waist trainer usually rises and is around my neck by the time I finish working out! Yes, it is working out perfect! No its not too bulky! See you this summer y'all!

"Fits a size XS-6X" .... No, no it does not.

Okay, in theory it COULD fit a 6X, I suppose, but I am a XL-1X, and it does not fit as advertised. Sure, it can fit around my ribs and stomach, but there's not a chance on my hips. I imagine for someone who is a 6X, it would fit even less and not be flattering at all The strap that is supposed to secure this belt is difficult to deal with. Because the material is so slick, it is hard to get a proper fit without it slipping out of place. I often opt to just not use the strap, but that has resulted in an embarrassing situation involving the bottom of the bands coming loose while I wore a short dress... Overall, I do not believe this to be a *bad* product, but they should not promise such a generous size range if the belt cannot fit everyone the same way. To remedy this, I believe offering a longer and thicker band for plus sizes would be beneficial. The thin band often does not cover my entire mid section, so I have little unflattering fat pockets poking out here and there. And to get it to stay put, I have to wrap it to the point where my upper back (where my bra sits) looks squashed and very unflattering... Overall, I think this is better suited for someone who is a size large or smaller.
