I had no idea you could buy a box spring from Amazon and put it together yourself! They do, and it was super easy! No hassle of borrowing a truck and figuring out delivery. This was just perfect. It’s super sturdy and very easy to assemble. I purchased a separate boxspring cover because I feel better having it completely encased.

This 3 inch version was a great buy. It is strong but lightweight. Easy to assemble, well designed and every part was included, even supplied extra spare parts! I have a good quality Extra Firm 13.5 inch mattress on it and makes absolutely no noise. Exactly what I wanted.

I bought this same kind of box spring for a queen size that I had. Fantatic and sturdy! This one for the full size was going on a more traditional frame. There was not a support beam at the head or foot of the bed. When I called my husband in after I put it together, he laid down on it and the box spring snapped and the foot of the bed where he sat. We love these box springs. This is more of a PSA/warning to make sure you do have more supports under the box spring if you frame does not have them. Now to lowes to rig some supports to try and save this box spring.
